Our 17’ width “Small” sized template is typically offered as a 500-625 square foot template. It’s an escape. An in-law apartment. An artist’s studio. A pool house. A backyard office. A home to call your own.
Our cathedral-ceilinged, clear span envelope is a blank slate for your purposes and needs, but this is how we’d spec it: lush with natural plasters and healthy materials. A place for a night, or much longer.
Keep in mind: You can always adjust the interior layout, as well as window sizes and locations. While our suggested designs always optimize for budget and efficiency, our in-house design team is ever at hand to discuss any customizations or adjustments.
